Creamy Veggie Sandwich:
Ingredients:

1 cup Hung Curd (strained yogurt)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, finely chopped
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
1 Onion, finely chopped
Fresh Coriander, chopped
1 tsp green chutney
Green Chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
Chilli Flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Chaat Masala, to taste
Whole Wheat Bread Slices
Oil for grilling
Curry patta & mustard seeds
Instructions:

Prepare the Creamy Veggie Spread:
In a bowl, combine hung curd with finely chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers ,chopped onion, fresh coriander, green chilies, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, and a dash of chaat masala.
Mix well to create a creamy and flavorful veggie spread.

Take whole wheat bread slices and generously spread the creamy hung curd veggie mixture on one side.

In a pan, add a bit of oil and heat it add mustard seeds and curry pata
Place the bread slices with the spread side down and grill until golden brown.
