A simple hot sauce recipe with only a few ingredients (listed below). Be warned though this recipe is extra spicy but its very flavorful and goes very well with practically any rice, steamed bun, flatbread, noodles or momo (dumplings) dishes.
TIP:
1. To cut down spice level of most Asian hot sauces, simply add a splash of soy sauce.
2. Or to cut down spice level of this sauce, simply use lesser chili than used in recipe.
