Anyone that wants to can easily cook their own chicken, and use that broth for liwer sodium, also frozen veggies are lower sodium. This is a delicious recipe, just modify for your own health needs. Thanks for sharing this recipe.❤
Chicken Taco Soup
1 can sweet corn
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 large can green enchilada sauce
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of premium chicken, drained and rinsed
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 tsp each of cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder. Feel free to season to taste

Not against this, great for those that would love this. I get using what one has. In my case the sodium would make me a puffer fish and go into a coma. Luckily woke up in the hospital.

For me that's tortilla soup, crumble tortilla chips on top….but I would not use canned chicken unless I had to, I would use a rotisserie chicken or chicken breasts…..not a big fan of canned chicken

Seems like it would blend the flavors better if it was slow cooked for 45 minutes to an hour.
