Chicken Chapli Fry:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Crushed coriander, cumin 2 tbsp
Crushed pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Green chilies (finely cut) 3-4
Green coriander (finely cut) 2 tbsp
Onion (finely cut) 1
Tomato (finely cut) 1
Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
Gram flour ¾ cup
Carom seeds ¾ tsp
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Soda 2 pinch
Oil for frying
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Method
Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds in mince and leave for half an hour. Then add crushed pomegranate seeds and fry in hot oil. Serve.
Kathiawari Channay:
Ingredients:
White chickpeas 3 cup
Boiled potatoes 3-4
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Chicken powder 1-1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato 1
Ketchup ½ cup
Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Chaat masala as required
Green coriander as required
Green chilies as required
Onion finely chopped as required
Corn flour few
Chopped tomato 1
Papri ½ cup
Method:
Boil chickpea with 2 cup of water for 5 minute. Add red chili powder, crushed red chili, sugar, chaat masala, tamarind pulp, chicken powder, turmeric, ketchup and potato. After 15 minute add dissolve corn flour cook till thick. Take out in bowl add green coriander, green chilies, onion and papri, serve.
Mocha Smoothie:
Ingredients:
Milk 1 cup
Chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
Coffee powder 1 tbsp
Bananas 2-3
Ice 1 cup
Method:
In a blender all ingredients mix and blend
