I love me some Taco Bell. They got me hooked where I go two to three times a week. I always get the same thing, that can only be order through the app and also that’s the only way to use my rewards.
I called and spoke to someone at the store about a week ago and also opened a ticket through Corporate. The store claimed there is nothing they can do…
Corporate communication has been oddly very quick, but good odd. There has been no update and it still doesn’t work, now over a week.
The store that is a few miles farther away works just fine…but I’m less than a mile from the store that I normally go to.
I know it’s just Taco Bell, go elsewhere right? I just feel they are purposely doing this as the other store is newer and not near as busy as the store next to me and working in IT…if they wanted it fixed…it would be fixed by now.
Please internet shame them. Lol
