I don’t mind Mateos, but there is wild fluctuation in jar to jar heat. Spiciest jar I’ve had was labeled mild.

It’s got heat, but lacks salt. Add a little and see if it makes a difference. All in all, a pretty mid salsa

I only liked the medium cantina style. That sparked me to try the regular medium from Costco and I didn’t like at all. Def a strong cumin flavor. This company was bought out by a big food producer Sauer Brands in TX.
