Stuffed cabbage rolls: a quick idea for a tasty vegetarian dinner!

INGREDIENTS
120g of gram flour (1 cup)
150g of boiled potatoes (2/3 cup)
Cabbage
2 tbsp of boiled cornĀ 
2 tbsp of green peas
2 tbsp of carrots finely chopped
2 tbsp of cottage cheeseĀ 
1 or tbsp of green chili peppersĀ 
Half a lemon
½ tsp of red chili spice 
½ tsp of chaat masala 
½ tsp Salts
½ tsp baking soda
Oil to deep fry
Ā 
METHOD

Add flour, red chili powder, salt, baking soda to the pan, then add water and mix all the ingredients.
Put the cabbage leaves in salted water to soften. Boil potatoes and make mashed potatoes Add the peas, corn, carrots, cottage cheese, chili, chat masala, salt and lemon juice to the potato, mix together.
Take a piece of cabbage, fill it with the prepared mixture, roll in the sauce and bake.
