Made my first smoked and raw hot sauce with my first harvest.

Made a raw Louisiana hot sauce with mainly fish peppers and also some habeneros and Aji Lemon peppers. The fish peppers make great laouisia style hot sauce and the Habs and Aji give it a fruity fresh flavor.
