My wife is making the first pot of charro beans in her newly gifted cazuala and the lid is turning a metallic silver/grey. In-laws bought it in Progresso, shop name El Disco, where they assured them it wasn't glazed with lead glaze.
We can't seem to find anything online as to if this is concerning or not and we don't have a lead test kit to be sure. Anybody have any experience with this happening?
