Cheap and Quick Chili
Ingredients
1 Yellow Onion
1-3 Garlic Cloves
Chili Spices (Chili Powder, Cumin, Paprika, Cayenne, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 Cans Canned Chicken breast
2 Cans Crushed Tomatos (No Salt Added)
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
Directions
1. Chop Onion and Cook on Medium heat
2. Add Chopped Garlic, Tomato Paste and Spices. Cook 1 Min
3. Add Canned Ingredients Simmer Covered for 10-20 mins then simmer uncovered until desired thickness.
4. Divide into 5 servings.
