On the left are sauces from Down to Ferment. I’ve tried their Thats What Shishito Said and it was incredibly flavorful. Had to order some more to see if the others are just as good. Only thing that struck me odd is their Ghosted sauce ingredient list specifies that only ghost pepper flakes are used. I haven’t tried these flavors yet and probably won’t until tomorrow.
On the right are sauces from Bell’s Peppers. They’re local to me from southwest Florida. I use these sauces almost daily and they are my main non-supermarket sauce.
The two ghost pepper sauces (Satan’s tears and Ghost #7) are amazing on anything you eat with cheese, such as sandwiches and burgers. Both taste very similar to how a freshly cut ghost pepper smells like. Satan’s tears just has a much more bolder ghost pepper taste to it. Both burn going in and out, but I wouldn’t say either of them require milk on standby. Unless you store them in the fridge, they get crazy hot when cold for some reason.
Mango Hellbanaro has a flavor of vinegar, mango, and habanero almost equally mixed together.
Alliumphobia is very garlic forward and somewhat like a Mexican salsa verde, might be a bit too diluted though.
