


I’ve heard others raving about this one so I had to try it for myself finally.
I made some wonton noodle soup for breakfast this morning and added a few dashes of this into it.
It really does have a great authentic Sichuan flavor, and a solid amount of heat. The flavor is much more complex than you’d think from the simple ingredients list.
The Sichuan Peppercorns add a great citrusy floral element to the taste along with their signature numbing sensation that seems to really amplify the heat from the ghost peppers.
From my first taste I can tell this is going to be one I’m going to want to always keep on hand.
