Been rocking this one the last couple days, really liking it.
Has a sweet citrus onset with a garlic body and peppery bottom. Tropical elements are subtle and I might have missed them if it weren’t in the name. Overall flavour profile is garlic-centred with sweet edges and tropical flair, I’d say.
It’s really zippy but I find the heat manageable. I think it’s slightly hotter the Dawson’s original Hot Sauce. Less heat and garlic than TB Garlic Reaper
