



Some recent pickups. The first one has a really good heat level with just a hint of mango, which surprised me given it was the first ingredient and a peppery finish.
The second one has a strong ACV taste and the texture is almost jelly-like. It’s on the more mild end of the spectrum, but has a surprising amount of heat for a jalapeño based sauce.
Anyone try these before?
