I’ve mentioned this one before in a thread, but I just opened a new bottle tonight so I wanted to share.
This sauce is made as part of a student-run entrepreneurship program for low-income students in Immokalee, FL, a major agricultural center in SWFL which relies on a lot of migrant labor.
The sauce itself is delicious. Good Serrano flavor (one of my favorite peppers) with the other major flavor elements being garlic and black pepper.
It’s intensely savory and rather mild, maybe 1.5/10 in terms of heat, so anyone can enjoy it.
