Jersey Barnfire always puts out quality sauces, and their Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili is definitely my favorite I've ever had from them. True to it's name, it has a sweet ginger flavor without being syrupy like most sweet chili sauces. The scopion/7-pot primo blend of peppers provide a huge smack of heat. Personally, it hits my upper level of "comfortable to eat a lot of", but wow is it hot. It's also great to see a sauce that uses a gluten free soy sauce.
