I personally desire (and the rest of the household strongly desires) to cut my hot sauce collection down to the essentials. I have maybe 30 sauces right now, but 90%+ of my use is from just a handful.
I’m thinking:
1. Huy Fong Sriracha
2. Yellow Bird Serrano (not the habanero in the photo)
3. Crystal (or Franks. I’m new to Crystal)
4. Marie Sharps
5. Valentina. (Probably the OG which I think is slightly better than black)
I’m not going for an all time favorites list, but the best combo of all around sauces to cover most cuisines. What’s your 5 and what am I going to miss if I cut down to these 5?
