I'm not the biggest fan of the original Frank's hot sauce. We saw these on Amazon for around $3 and thought why not.
As a nice fresh flavor, plenty of zest but not all vinegar in flavor. The texture is perfect. Thick enough to hang on to just about anything but still thin enough to penetrate a little bit as well. Very bright and fresh taste. Is it three times hotter….no. It's maybe 75% hotter than the original but the flavor makes this the superior sauce to me.
