First time grower here, and my bishop peppers started fruiting! Questions are 1) the bottom one is red and the top ones are green. Should i pick the red one now and refridge it? Or should i wait till they all turn red to pick?
2) any advice you can give me on growing this one? (Should i be repotting into a bigger pot? Do i expect this to get much bigger? Is my plant too tall and should i be pruning it already?) i have some basic answers from google but its hard to sift through information that may or may not pertain to my scenario (pepper type, tropical island climate, etc)
Very very appreciative for any advice and education yall can spare me.
