Recipe for Mama’s Chili:
2 lbs of 98% lean ground turkey
2 14.5 oz cans of Red Kidney Beans
2 14.5 oz cans of Pinto Beans
1 14.5 oz can of corn
2 14.5 oz cans of Diced Tomatoes (undrained)
1 Poblano Pepper
1/2 of a Red Onion
2 tbsp of Minced Garlic
Seasonings to taste:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Oregano Leaves
Crushed Red Pepper flakes
Cumin
Ground Red Cayenne Pepper
Chipotle Chili Powder
