


I just made this southern style mac & cheese from scratch for the third time and I nailed it. The sodium citrate helped. This is the first time I’ve used this brand hot sauce. I’m not a huge fan of the Scoth Bonnet bottle, but that’s in large part due to the low heat level. Though it’s my favorite pepper to grow, I have yet to try the others which one should I try next?
