Amazonian hot sauce is absolutely amazing. The chili of choice here is about the size of a pea, named ojo de pescado (eye of fish), and seriously packed with heat for such a tiny thing. This sauce is a 10/10 for both heat and flavor imo. It doesnโt melt your face, but it definitely kicks.
