Looking for Hot Chicken in Music City on a Monday can be challenging but at the Nashville Farmer's Market, Lily's is serving up the good stuff. I enjoyed finding gizzards but going for level 5 on the chewier chicken was probably a mistake! You really have to enjoy the suffering as you have to put some work in for the chicken. I was sweating and tears pouring out my eyes as I finished up, I probably looked like my wife had left me to all the tourists passing by.
Now I sit here several hours later. I wish I'd put some Charmin in the freezer before going out for lunch.
