2 cups minced garlic (7 – 9 heads of garlic depending on garlic size)
1/2 cup red chili
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soysauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil ( you can adjust this up to 1 cup)
