Just bought this thanks to seeing y’all talk about it in this sub, how careful should I be with this?

I can handle Melinda's Bhut Jolkia Ghost Pepper sauce fine, that's my hottest sauce at the moment. Anyone who's tried both, what should I expect here? Similar heat, or is one way hotter than the other?
