✨Recipe:
Tostadas
1 lb Ground Beef
Seasoning: Paprika, Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt & Pepper
Big flour Tortillas
Jalapeño Sauce
Sour Cream
Hot Salsa
Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, season with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper
2. Assemble the crunch wrap: big flour tortilla, ground beef, jalapeño sauce, tostada, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese. Fold, grill in pan on each side for 1 minute with a little bit of olive oil. (sealed side down)
Taco Bell Jalapeño Sauce:
½ cup sour cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons diced pickled jalapenos
2 tablespoons pickled jalapeno juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon granulated sugar
pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
Directions:
1. Combine in blender and blend until smooth.
