Tastes a bit like Sriracha just a bit spicier. It has tamarind. It is made with Thai Chili Pepper 🌶️
Very good sauce I like the flavor. It’s not too sweet. This is a Filipino 🇵🇭 inspired sauce it seems made in Southern California. I just wish it had more kick. I like how it isn’t vinegar forward.
