Just a couple of the things I stumbled across this year during our annual Renaissance faire visit.
Obviously honey isn't hot sauce, but wow! This stuff is awesome, especially on a toasted English muffin. They also carry a habanero infused honey, but sadly they were sold out so I didn't get an opportunity to try it.
The sauces are Creole Deal, and Danse Macabre, and they are absolutely fantastic for a small batch company. Creole Deal is more mild, but has an astoundingly fleshed out herby flavor profile to accompany it. Very garlic and dill forward. The Danse Macabre is a ghost pepper based Sriracha style sauce, and was supposedly their second hottest sauce, but honestly, I found it hotter than the #1. It's got that typical Sriracha zing to it, but far smokier and far spicier, with a little bit of love from the seasonings in the background. Solid hot sauce, I love it on toast and scrambled eggs. If anyone's familiar with this brand, what other flavors would you recommend?
