Tasty homemade hot sauce(would recommend making it)


Both the ones I fermented turned out great thankfully. Really good on eggs.

One of the left is: habanero,bell pepper,pine apple, white peach,white onion, garlic, 2.5% salt

One of the right is: habanero, scorpion, chocolate ghost, reaper, scotch bonnet, pine apple, white onion, garlic, 2.5% salt

I ended up just blending the fermented mash and bottling it as is. Did not want to add vinegar after tasting.
