Does anyone know what causing these really deformed leaves on my pepper plants?

So this problem has mainly been affecting my scotch bonnets, although my yellow moruga scorpions have slightly deformed leaves as well. I've tried watering more, watering less, giving the plant CalMag, spraying off any pests I see, and nothing seems to be working. My C. annuums had this early on but they seem to have recovered from whatever it is. Does anyone have an idea what the cause could be? Broadmites? Aphids? Temps have been in the 80s to low 90s lately.
