Ingredients and Method
Serves 4 – 6
3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
2 Onions Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1 Red Chilli Chopped (De-seeded)
2 Cardomen pods
1 teaspoon of Cumin
Half a teaspoon of Chill Flakes
Half a teaspoon of ground Coriander
1 Chorizo
600g Steak or Stewing Steak (Diced)
2 Cans of Chopped Tomato
2 Cans of Kidney Beans
2 Good squirts of Tomato Puree
2 Good squirts of Tomato Ketchup
Serve with Boiled Rice, Sour Cream on top of the Chilli
