I'm seriously depressed about finishing my last bottle of Zatarain's Cajun Hot Sauce. Zatarain's is the name to beat in crab boil and boxed Cabin rices. Nobody really advertises hot sauces, so I guess maybe they never got the shelf space? Slightly thick, slightly chunky, and totally delicious. Heat was low so you could use as much as you wanted.
I'll really miss it.
