Soo never had them before (Aus ) never seen them in any restaurants here. So I had to make them, I tried a steamer and oven (in a pan steaming and baking), and the oven worked much better.
Filling was refried beans and cheese.
Sauce was guajillo, and ancho peppers with capsicum.
Actually found dried corn husks so used them. đ
It was delicious! đ it did take a bit of work, but it was worth it.
