Which beef is the closest to authentic Mexican street tacos?

I ordered the birria burrito, but something about it just didn’t give me the taste and feel of what I wanted. I saw they had this other option but was not sure about it because of the meat. It is almost like both burritos are the same thing but one is just marinated.
