Heat Street- notSauce
This might be the most unique sauce I’ve ever tried.
What if I told you there was a hot sauce with no heat at all? Something that looks like, smells like, and even tastes like hot sauce, but without the burn?
That’s what Heat Street has done with notSauce. They created a fermented sauce from peppers and carrots that has the entire profile of a hot sauce, but did so without any spice.
The flavor of this is fantastic. Right of the bat you get that pepper flavor. It leaves you expecting that burn, but it never comes. It almost feels like the sauce is teasing you. It’s a totally unique experience that really messes with your head. The carrot and onions round it out into a fantastic starting sauce.
This sauce is definitely worth grabbing. The experience of this sauce is unique and fun. As far as I know, this sauce is one of a kind.
