Recently moved back where I grew up, near Buffalo NY. Ted’s Hot Dogs is a great local franchise and I haven’t there in years. Picked up a bottle of their hot chili sauce at Wegmans. It’s got a decent heat to it, it works well with the sweetness of the tomato and pickles. It’s very much a spicy ketchup relish mix and it’s the only time I’ll put ketchup on a hot dog. It’s definitely not for everything but it was a great find.

Shout out Ted’s! Anyone visiting Buffalo should definitely stop in for a hot dog and onion rings.
