Hello friends, today in _FoodInSight_ kitchen, I have prepared Garlic Chilli Potatoes.
A sweet, tangy and spicy french fries. It’s delicious and something you can never stop munching on. It’s so good with Chapathi or along as a snack as well.
For this you will need:
2 large Potates
1 medium-sized onion
5-6 garlic cloves
2 chillies
1-inch ginger
1/2 of a small capsicum
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup rice flour
mint and coriander leaves chopped for garnishing.
That’s it, follow the recipe as shown n the video and you will have an amazing snack to munch on.
