3 medium chopped sweet potatoes
1 chopped yellow bell pepper or the bell pepper of your choice
1 c. sweet corn
1 small chopped red onion
1 c. of rinsed lentils
3 cloves garlic
½ lemon juice

Spices
4 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
