What is your favorite beer pairing for hot sauces?
Saw a recent post with Voodoo Ranger and it made me curious how much overlap there is between hot sauce connoisseurs and IPA lovers. My theory is that many of us have a similar palate and likely enjoy similar beers.
For the curious, the last sauce in the series is a homemade pineapple sauce I call Vader's Vacation (named after my dog).
