So I have a bottle of the infamous garlic reaper sauce. I can’t fully remember when I purchased this as I just found it in the back of my mom’s fridge. The expiration date has since rubbed off. At the very most it’s around 14 months old. I have kept it refrigerated this entire time. However I do notice some separation every time I pick it up but once I shake it. It settles. I’ve included a pic.
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have a huge phobia of expired foods (had a traumatic experience once) so I was just curious if anyone else with this sauce can tell me roughly how long it’s good for?
