Cottage Cheese and Egg Sandwich
Ingredients:
• Mediterranean round bread
• Cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• Chili oil
• Butter
• Salt
• Olive oil
Instructions:
• Slice the Mediterranean round bread horizontally.
• Spread a layer of butter on both parts of the bread.
• Toast the bread until golden brown.
• In a skillet over medium heat with a little bit of olive oil, add the two eggs.
• Sprinkle some salt and cover with a lid. Fry the eggs to your liking; flip them if desired.
• Add a generous amount of cottage cheese on the bottom part of the toasted bread.
• Add the fried eggs.
• Add some chili oil (skip this step if you do not like spiciness).
• Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
