I’d seen someone post about this brand a little while ago and there were a bunch of glowing comments from others about their sauces so I knew I had to try.
I placed an order for a variety of stuff, and when I opened the box this was sitting on top along with a note that they’d thrown it in for free. Amazing customer service there, and I don’t even see this sauce on their site so I’m guessing it’s a limited release.
From the label I was expecting a typical wing sauce but this is anything but. This isn’t some basic cayenne and butter combo, but instead a super flavorful and very spicy concoction of ghost peppers (first ingredient) and red jalapeños (second ingredient) with some acid and spices to round it out.
Pepper forward without being brutal, the natural smoky flavor of the ghosts is a great blend with the fruity ripe red jalapeños. The rest of the ingredients give it a nice base of flavor and add some complexity.
Awesome sauce, I can’t wait to try the others I got from them.
