People can hate on BWW and there’s plenty of reason to but despite the typically bad service and questionable bone in wing size I think a lot of their sauces are actually dynamite. I had this for the first time probably almost 20 years ago. From that point on this has been reference point for habanero spice level and tbh most don’t match up. I make wings with this stuff to this day.
