I just transplanted my first pepper plants from seed tray to little pots with plastic domes! Should I keep them on the heat mat? In water? Or somewhere else?

I’ve never grown plants from seedling before so I’m super nervous about this next step! How should I care for them in this next stage of growth? What environment would you try to create for them?
