Went to a local market for lunch, saw a booth with all sorts of sauces. Had a huge lineup of sauces, maybe close to 20 or so. Free samples. Of course I couldn’t turn down free samples. Said this was their second hottest so I gave it a shot.
And oh my god. It was good. REALLY good. Plenty hot, but the flavor was too good. Very much elevated taco sauce like it aims to be. I figured I just lucked out and tried two more sauces. Both were really good, actually. Decent heat but fantastic flavor.
If you ever see Flavor & Fire, give them a shot. Excellent sauces I’d never heard of before.
