This has just become my favorite of all the standards; Red Hot, Texas Pete, Crystal, Louisiana, Tapatio, etc.
It's not overwhelmingly hot, but there's a nice lingering heat on the back of my tongue that I appreciate. I enjoy hot sauces with good flavor, I dont get the point of buying something that will take away from the flavor (or even remove tastebuds) just because it's a certain 'level' of hot.
There's some really good funk and tartness to it, with loads of garlic. It actually reminds me of regular Taco Bell sauce for the funk and lingering garlic.
I've tried it on steak, eggs, grilled chicken, and in thai noodle soup so far, and its a total winner.
