I originally got these Taj Mahal Red Minion chili seeds from Towns End Chili and Spice back in 2022. I saved the seeds from the F2 generation but didn't plant them last year. Now that I've planted them again, I'm noticing some variation in the F3 generation, which suggests they're not entirely stable yet. Despite this, they're an excellent all-around pepper for culinary use and pack a serious punch! Has anyone else grown these and noticed similar variations?
