
I was gifted two garden grown zucchinis that were about to be past their prime so I made them into hot sauce.
Two medium garden zucchini’s
8 gherkins plus brine
Quarter onion
1 dried Carolina Reaper
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard
A dash of Carolina reaper mash
Salt
Pepper
Three shakes Onion powder
Five shakes thyme
