🥚 Soya Sauce a tea spoon
🥚 Sprinkle salt throughout the pan
🥚 Stir everything together
🥚 Now place the half cut eggs facing the yolk downwards
🥚 After few seconds, flip all the egg halves
🥚 Sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander
