
I’ve been wondering lately if we go for different spice levels because we put different amounts of sauce in our food.
I’ve heard some of yall go thru a bottle or more a month, I couldn’t do it. I do go for some higher heat tho so maybe there’s the balance.
This is some stir fry I made from scratch with cayenne powder, ghost powder, and a lot of crispy chilli oil. Finally we hit it with the Elijah’s Regret Reserve and we are on our way! Amazing flavor.
I think if I doused it with a milder sauce it would just overwhelm the flavor of the dish. Just a bit of some extremely hot sauce works great.
